Our projects

Our organization is involved in numerous projects focused on Women empowerment

Key Objectives

  • Promote women's and girl’s sexual and Reproductive Health through Education, advocacy and capacity building especially on matters related to Fistula, Teenage Pregnancy, Abortion, Sexually Transmitted Infections and HIV/AIDS.
  • To promote good health and hygiene practices and effective health development activities and to be efficient in application of resources for charitable purposes for the benefit of women and girls by associating them in a common effort.
  • To educate and sensitize rural communities on endemic diseases including HIV and AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, cancer, asthma and diabetes and provide support for the affected.
  • Empower young people to make informed decisions about their sexual behavior and to protect themselves against HIV/AIDS and TB infection.
  • We will establish rehabilitation centers to assist addicted youths overcome addiction and empower them to develop solutions to the challenges they face.
  • Nutrition: Ensure that mothers understand the importance of good nutrition
  • Maternal, Immunization and Child development
  • Provision of Psychosocial Support to victims of Gender Based Violence by establishing a hope restoration center.
  • To provide Micro-finance (credit) to the less privileged women and youth who do not have collateral securities to obtain loans from financial institutions to boost income-generating activities (IGA). 
  • To train and empower the less privileged women, youth and children on various skills acquisition programs such as Tailoring, Dress making (Knitting), Hair dressing, Hat and Beat making and Computer operation to reduce poverty, create employment opportunities and to promote income generating activities (IGA).
  • To promote democracy and gender equality at the grass roots community by mobilizing and building capacity of rural women and youth to participate in politics and socio-economic development. 
  • To empower Women and Youth towards self-reliance and in order to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life in the community.
  • To reduce psychological problems among women and children of any type e.g. caused by divorce, death, teenage pregnancies, alcohol and other traumatic incidences. Through counseling and referral to other like alcohol anonymous recovery centers, among others
  • Prevent gender based violence in particular rape, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), child marriage, forced marriage and related reproductive health issues.
  • To monitor and ensure the implementation of all commitments made by Government Bodies and Agencies through conventions charters regulations geared towards the welfare and enhancement of the status of women.
  • To educate the public on the rights of women and the means of enforcing such rights for the achievement of equality, development and peace.
  • To set up temporary abode for distressed girls and women including battered women and to prepare such girls and women psychologically be counseling and other forms of therapy and education for a re-orientation towards attaining a better and more purposeful life in the society.
  • Influencing policy formulation, adoption and implementation in promotion of girls' education.
  • Train the youth in the communities where we work on ways of countering violence extremism groups
  • To initiate dialogues with the youth and stakeholders in the urban slums and villages to discuss the methods of mitigating the recruitment of young people into violent extremism groups
  • Empower the youth and the girls to become self reliant in order to face the challenges that often lead them to joining the violent groups
  • Build schools to assist thousands of children and young people to gain access to quality education.
  • To educate the community by removing all barriers towards education for women and girls
  • To encourage and support innovative approaches to existing social and educational structures for better impact on the welfare and development of children, adolescents and youth;
  • To provide sanitary towels to school girls in order to ensure school attendance, retention and improve enrolment.
  • To encourage and expand information and communication technology programmes in rural based institutions.

  • Help provide vocational training for young people and help them set up and run their own small businesses.
  • Provide life skills training for women so that they can cope with the challenges of everyday life make informed choices and participate in the development of their communities.
  • Development and Training of women (both able and disabled) to Acquire Vocational Skills To become self-Reliant, Self Sufficient and self-Employed in order to Attain Economic Autonomy making this happen, the hopes and futures of a vital, new generation can be freed.
  • Establish Vocational Learning Institutions to ensure that the youth and the women are equipped with skills that can enable them set up enterprises that will generate income.
  • To provide education bursaries to needy students particularly from vulnerable groups, disadvantaged families and marginalized communities;
  • To facilitate Community infrastructural development through the building of Schools, Primary health care and provision of potable drinking water and sanitation
  • Providing clean and safe toilet facilities to all the school-going children in general and the girls, in particular, is considered as an important motivating factor. Most of the girls after the age of seven need a separate and safe toilet facility.
  • To encourage and support community-based initiatives to improve access to clean water.
  • To encourage and support youth initiatives that foster the culture of volunteerism, social responsibility, creativity and self-actualization;

  • To provide training on improved ways of farming and livestock management for sustainable agriculture, environmental protection and food security
  • To encourage and support modern food production and storage technologies among the rural populations;
  • To encourage sports among all age groups as a means of promoting healthy living and economic empowerment;
  • To establish sports teams, carry out training programmes and participate in competitions;
  • To set up sports training facilities;
  • To Create awareness on climate change, global warming and protection of the environment
  • To encourage, fund and support community based environment friendly projects that generate income and create jobs for the local population.
