Worldwide are estimated to be living with untreated obstetric fistula, mainly in low-resource settings
With funding and technical support from Fistula Foundation, WOHED Kenya supported focus counties to give women a new life.
Participating counties managed to conduct integrated outreaches to at-risk populations through community dialogues, conversations and health education using community resource teams.
