With funding and technical support from UKAid through Options Consultancy, WOHED supported the Africa-Led Movement to End FGM/C Programme implementation in collaboration with Garissa County Gender Technical Working Group
More than 30+ mentors supported to conduct community circles to break the existing cultural practices that chains communities to practice harmful practice of female genital mutilation and cutting and instead create a bond to end it.
